Our Family Coalition strives to provide a stimulating and challenging working environment that is both productive and enjoyable. With talented and motivated people working together as a team, we can go a long way towards meeting our goal of promoting the civil rights and well-being of Bay Area lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) families with children and prospective parents.
Employment:
Design & Communications Associate (part-time, temporary): The Design & Communications Associate will work on the production of publicity materials, website and media management, including: producing print and electronic flyers, blogs, newsletters, press releases and other forms of communication with OFC members, and the broader community and in the media. Grant Writer (hourly): The grantwriting contractor will help raise funds for growing LGBTQ family organization. We foresee the consultant working between 5-20 hours per month and will drive grant proposal development, report writing, and prospect identification.
