Camila brings a background in immigration legal services, community support, linguistics, and human rights policy. She holds a master’s degree in International Relations from IE University in Spain and a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College in Government and Romance Languages. She speaks Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and English.
A proud immigrant, Camila has worked primarily with historically underrepresented communities seeking humanitarian relief, including advocating alongside LGBTQ+ migrants and families navigating the U.S. immigration system. Her work and research focus on dismantling barriers to cross-border mobility and social integration for migrants in the U.S. and abroad.
She’s passionate about creating impact from the ground up and creating space for people to share their stories, find belonging, and have their voices heard. Outside of work, Camila loves hanging out with her cat, Rosi, cooking new recipes, knitting, and connecting with folks from around the globe.
