Sophia’s passion lies in social justice, community support, and advocating for true resource accessibility. They joined OFC after graduating from the University of Califonia, Davis, receiving a B. A. in Psychology and a B.S. in Human Development. Sophia’s academic pursuits concentrated on clinical psychology, illuminating healthcare disparities, addressing health inequities, and exploring public health practices vital for advocacy and transformative change.

Drawing from a background in nonprofit leadership, Sophia channels her passion into catalyzing justice through research and evidence-based approaches. Her research background primarily focused on neurodiversity and the social model of health, and she looks forward to applying this experience to the movement for queer justice. With a commitment to advancing equity, Sophia is driven by a deep understanding of the intricate intersections within diverse identities and experiences, championing the rights and well-being of all individuals within our community.
