This year's Pride Family Garden will be hosted by Our Family Coalition in partnership with Oakland Pride and Fairyland.
We invite you to join us in the Teddy Bear Picnic Area, at Fairyland from 11:00-3:00pm. To receive free entry, please register on the Our Family Coalitions site here!
Joining us this year will be:
* Wakan Wiya Two-Spirit Drum Circle hosted by M. Zamora
* Storytime w/ Gianna Davy author of "No One Owns the Colors" Out & About Bookmobile
* STEM Activities and more hosted by Verizon
* Fun Science activities hosted by Lawrence Hall of Science
* Button Making and access to Fairyland hosted by Our Family Coalition
* Bubble Making hosted by Oakland Public Library
* Puppet Making hosted by Ase Arts
* Face Painting hosted by BB
* Balloon Twisting hosted by MetaBalloon
* Giant kids games hosted by Fairyland
We will also offer a shuttle to transport families to Fairyland and from Oakland Pride beginning at 12:30p on September 10th.
