How to Claim Your Constituent Account

If you have participated in an Our Family Coalition (OFC) event, program, support group, workshop, fundraising activity, or have otherwise interacted with OFC, you may already have a constituent account in our system.

Claiming your account allows you to securely access the OFC Constituent Login Portal (CLP), where you can:

  • Review and verify your account information
  • Register for upcoming events more quickly
  • Make donations securely
  • Maintain a single, accurate record of your participation with OFC

How to Claim Your Account

Step 1: Visit the OFC Login Page

https://ourfamily.app.neoncrm.com/login

Step 2: Select “Having trouble logging in?”

On the login page, click the Having trouble logging in? link.

Step 3: Enter Your Email Address

Enter the email address you have previously used with OFC and click Continue.

Step 4: Check Your Email

The system will send you an email containing a secure link that allows you to set or reset your Constituent Login Portal credentials.

If you do not see the email within a few minutes:

  • Check your Spam or Junk folder.
  • Verify that you entered the correct email address.
  • Try again using another email address you may have used with OFC.

Step 5: Create Your Login Credentials

Open the email and click the link provided.

Follow the prompts to create or update your:

  • Username
  • Password

Once you have completed this step, your account has been successfully claimed.

What Can I Do After Claiming My Account?

After signing in, you can:

  • Review your account information
  • Verify that your contact information is correct
  • Register for OFC events and programs
  • Make donations through your account
  • Access future self-service features as they become available

Need Help?

If you believe you already have a relationship with OFC but are unable to claim your account, please contact OFC staff for assistance.

Thank you for helping us maintain accurate constituent records and improve your experience with OFC programs, services, and events.
